I feel like I use the muscles in my feet a lot more, probably like nature attended. I like to remove the insole for a more barefoot feeling. You can both wear with and without the insole depending on what you prefer. They are are also washable, which is really nice - especially if you opt for the off-white color. Highly recommend.
