1. What size should I choose?

Most of our shoes now fit true to size, so in most cases, you can simply go with your regular size. 
That said, sizing may vary for a few older models and colorways running small (Archive Sale). 
It is  stated under each individual product page.

2. Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from EU, Asia or US depending on the order. 

3. Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide, with only a few exceptions. You can view available shipping options for your country directly at checkout.

4. Where can I try or buy your products in person?

You can find a list of our official stocklists and retail partners here

5. When will my order be shipped?

We pack and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

6. I forgot to enter my address or made a mistake

No worries — just email us at hello@tabifootwear.com with the correct information as soon as possible. Missing or incorrect details (such as your address or phone number) can cause delays, so we always recommend double-checking everything before placing your order.

7. How do I return a product?

Email us at return@tabifootwear.com for step-by-step instructions. A return form is also included in your package.

8. I emailed about a return but haven’t heard back

9. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as it's been issued.
