Refund policy

For any return inquiries and return addresses based on your location, please write an email to return@tabifootwear.com with order number attached. We respond to emails Monday-Friday. 

 

1. The returned product(s) must be unworn, unused, and be in the same condition as when received with all original packaging materials.

2. Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. Tabi reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. 

3. The return shipping fee is covered by the customer, and we distance all responsibility for your package until it has been delivered to our warehouse. We recommend you use a reliable carrier that provides you with a tracking number and insurance.

4. To exchange an item, you will have to return the item and order a new one online. 

5. Remember to enclose your order number as well as your full name. Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to deposit to your account, depending on your credit card agreement.

The original shoebox is an important part of the product you have received and has value for many customers. If you are returning or exchanging the product, please take extra care to ensure it is not damaged. In case of damage, we will reject your return.

If Tabi Footwear is subject to customs, duties, taxes, or fees due to your returned products, we reserve the right to withdraw these specific amounts from your total refund.

Parcels that are refused or not collected at a pickup point and are returned to Tabi Footwear may be subject to the return costs and administration fees associated when processing your refund.

Returns have a processing time of 2-5 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during holiday and peak periods.

Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price, excluding shipping.
