30-day returns

Return unworn items in their original box within 30 days of delivery.

Archive Sale: final sale

Archive styles cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return

• Items must be unworn, unused and in the original, undamaged shoebox.
• Include your order number and full name in the parcel.
• Return shipping is paid by you. Use a tracked, insured service.

Refunds

• We process your return within 2–5 working days after we receive it.
• The refund goes to your original payment method and can take 5–10 working days to appear.
• Original shipping costs are not refunded.
• Parcels that are refused or not collected may be charged the return costs.
