Returns & Exchanges

At TABI Footwear, we aim to make your return and exchange experience as simple as possible. Below, you can find the correct return/exchange portal depending on where your order was shipped from.

How to Return or Exchange TABI

This return portal is for customers in the United States who received their order from our US warehouse. If you are unsure, you can check in two ways: 

•    On the shipping label on the outside of the box, it will say: From: City of Industry, CA, US 
•    Or log in to your Shopify account and check the tracking link, where it will state that your order was shipped from: City of Industry, CA, US 

If you would like to make an exchange, we kindly recommend placing a new order on our website. Start your return here (USA): tabireturns-us.com

Returns cost 25 USD when using our return label, and this amount will automatically be deducted from your refund. 
This portal is for all other customers (i.e. those whose order was not shipped from our US warehouse). Start your return or exchange here (Rest of World):

Return label costs (depending on where the return is shipped from): 
•    EU: 20 EUR
•    UK: 18 GBP 
•    US: 25 USD 
•    Rest of World: 35 USD The return cost will automatically be deducted from your refund. 
1.    Register your return or exchange online using the correct link above and obtain your QR code for the return label. 

2.    Reuse the box your order was originally shipped in, if you still have it. Otherwise, please use a similar-sized box. 

3.    Remove or cover any old labels on the package. Then drop off your parcel at your nearest parcel shop by presenting your QR code. For your own security, please keep your postage receipt until you have received your refund 

Exchange 
If you have requested an exchange, it will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible once we have received your returned item. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your exchange has been dispatched. Please note that the exchange may be cancelled if the item is out of stock. In that case, your return will be processed as a standard return, and you will receive a refund instead. 

Important Information 
•    Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging. 
•    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. 
•    Returns have a processing time of 2–5 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during holiday and peak periods. 
•    You will receive confirmation once we have received and processed your return. 
 •    Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging. 
•    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
