The separated big toe supports balance, stability and natural movement, while the high, sock-like Tencel knit upper wraps the ankle and the lightweight EVA sole keeps it light. This is my third pair of Tabi Footwear. I went up from my usual 39 to 41. It is loose, but will fit with warm socks. I tried a 40 in sandal (mary jane) style but they feel short in the toes, and my size 41 is loose but worth it for comfort.

Actually, besides one feels like walking on clouds (as one wish to imagine it) I really love the whole package! Box, socks, shoe insert, signature, sustainability, vegan material - all is completely positive and thought through! This pair will definitely be the beginning of a „best boots ever“ connection.
