I first bought a sz 38 in the pump but it was too close a fit So when I bought the mule I went up a size to 39 and it was very comfortable. So I ordered the ankle boot in 39 but that too close a fit again! Toe hits the front of the boot. So ideally she’d have got a sz 40 in the boot.

We appreciate you. <3 We completely understand the difficulty choosing the right size, and at the moment we are actually in the process of implementing a size app for the website as a new feature to help find the right size. We also changed the fit last season to allow for more room and grounding, so newer styles run true to size, whereas older styles run small. (originally we wanted to follow nike, adidas, asics, because most people have a pair of those, and because there is no universal shoe size chart). It is possible to remove the insole in the older styles, which runs small, so you will get more room for your feet and a more grounding feeling. Thank you again.
