Good looking and comfortable. The sizing is really small. I am usually between 38 and 39, but here 39 is almost too small. So stick to their size chart no matter what your usual size is. The fabric relaxes a bit with wear, but it stays firm enough to be supportive. I only wish the soles were more rubbery than they are plastic, but they don't look to worn after some city wear.

This shoe is comfortable, even though it is a little small for me. I removed the insole to get a better fit. I ordered my usual size, but I think if I had tried it on at a store I would likely have bought one size larger. Despite this, I think the shoes are very cute and I enjoy wearing them. The Tabi toes were comfortable right away, and the shoes did not need a breaking in period.

Obsessed with my new pink Tabi mary janes. I read the reviews and made sure I sized up and am so happy I did as they fit perfectly and are so comfy (the tabi sensation does take a minute to get used to though). I only wish the pink was a little pinker, but otherwise adore these shoes!

We are a small company, that ships everything worldwide from Denmark ourselves. The comment about the free return request makes great sense, and something we are thinking about, but it simply isn't financially viable for us at the moment for all countries in the world.
It is no secret, we do run small in size like Nike, and we try to do everything we can, to help people choose the right size, when ordering.
We will add, that it is also possible to remove the insole for a more barefoot feeling, that also allows for more room, if you are in-between sizes.
All feet/bodies are different, so we will definitely take note of your remark about high arch, which no one has mentioned before. Could you maybe elaborate the specific problem, so we can become aware of the challenges?
