I have bought two shoes at one time, the hightop I got size 39 which fits well and this pair I got it for 38 that runs a bit tight, so I e-mailed to request an exchange for size as mentioned at the after sale service paper that comes together with the shoes. I even message at IG to make sure I’m doing the correct protocol. The IG personnel said they will get back to my email soon but sadly after 2 weeks I receive no response…. The shoes are still hanging there as of now and no idea when am I gonna receive a response…. Nevertheless, the design are nice and shoes are comfortable
