Fit small, size up - material is very soft, I wear no socks. But me and my partner wear them daily. We live in LA so perfect for Cali weather.

I bought my first pair of Tabi in brown and they are already my favorite shoes. I love everything - the fit, the comfort, the look and the color. If you are between sizes I will recommend sizing up. I will definitely buy a another pair!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the pair of Tabi shoes I recently received.
Previously, I ordered the same model but had to return it because the size was slightly small. However, the quality of that pair was excellent - the shoes were very soft and comfortable, almost like wearing pillows.
Unfortunately, the new pair I received is completely different. The sole is much harder, and the overall construction feels significantly lower in quality. Additionally, there are visible defects in the finishing, particularly around the toe split and sole edges (please see attached photos).
This is very frustrating, as I have now paid twice (2 × 138€), and the product I received does not meet expectations or the standard of the original pair. It honestly feels like the pair I received is defective..
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
Please let me know how we can proceed.

We feel 1 star is pretty harsh, and we could easily have found a solution via email.
We did change the construction removing insole, but adding some padding, because it’s better for your feet with less support, so they can be used more like nature attended. So it has nothing to do with the quality at all - just a matter of construction for the purpose of the feet. We can easily swap to the old style with insole, if you prefer that. We are a small family owned business, so this really hurts to read - if there are a small defect, please send us pictures, so we can see and find a good solution. We are here to help and assist. Everything is handmade to order by human beings.
